Job description / Role
Manage the Health and safety for the Building/Contract
• Knowledge of Risk assesment and method statements
• Maintain Quality management system
• Tool box talks
• Manage Contractor and employee health and safety
• Implement new safety procedures
• Update policies and procedures
Requirements
• Have experience working in a similar role
• Have a recognized Health and safety qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc...)
• Have experience of risk assessments and method statements
• Have experience ideally from the services industry - ideally Facilities Management
