Human Resources Director - Kuwait
Your new company
Hays are currently working alongside a leading Oil and Gas Company based in Kuwait, in the search of a Human Resources Director. With over 500 employee’s, you will lead and direct a medium sized HR team.
Your new role
As the Human Resources Director you will be responsible for managing the overall provision of Human Resource Services, policies and procedures. The position will involve creating and leading the HR strategy in key areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development and HRIS systems.

Salary:
KWD
2,500 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidates must have worked at a senior HR level with proven leadership and strong stakeholder management skills. Experience of leading HR strategy and HR teams is essential. . Candidates ideally with have experience of local labour laws.
