Job description / Role
You will be responsible for negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, including franchise, employment, TMT and software licensing agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and review commercial contracts
* Provide legal advice on all company matters
* Negotiate commercial agreements
* Identify and mitigate business risk
Requirements
Essential Skills
* Must be between 4 - 7 PQE
* Must be UK or US qualified
* Must have experience gained from working at a leading in-house organisation
* Must have corporate/commercial experience
* Must have experience reviewing and drafting contracts
* Ideally have TMT or software licencing experience
