Client - Oil & Gas

Role & Responsibilities:

Instructors shall initially be required to deliver training currently delivered by Client, using currently available training handouts and materials, as directed by the Superintendent. Instructors shall implement the current relevant student learning assurance mechanisms related to each training session. As part of the training delivery through the duration of the Contract, Instructors shall be expected to submit required data on their classes and students to fulfill Company’s necessary data reporting on a monthly or quarterly basis for KPIs, for quality assurance purposes, and Contractor performance review. As part of the review of the training course / modules / programs, the Instructors shall include a review of the associated training materials – specifically the teaching materials used by the Instructors (such as slides, training manual, videos, guided e-learning, lesson plans etc.) and the training materials dispersed to the students (such as handouts, training manuals). Recommendations on update to these shall be part of the overall recommendations submitted for the Job Family training plan for approval by the Superintendent of the Contract and the Company’s SME’s. Upon approval, the relevant training materials shall be updated by the relevant personnel engaged within this Contract, under the oversight of the Superintendent of the Contract or his designated alternate within the Operations Team. Instructors shall provide ‘Train the Trainer’ support to the Company Instructors through classroom sessions, On the Job training, Job Shadowing, discussions, etc. Instructors shall take an active part in any review of training alignment with future business needs and technical challenges that occurs within the timeframe of this contract. This includes aligning learning modules and format with respect to any new training facilities within the Company or Companies. Instructors shall support the wider Team and Company Learning Community in any other Training or Learning & Development initiatives identified for their related Job Family – as defined by the Superintendent or Superintendent’s Representative.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Diploma in Technical Subject (BTEC, NVQ, HND). Minimum 15 years’ experience in related field and specialty with experience into International Major Oil & Gas. Companies in Operational Environment. Experience in Production Operations & Process Engineering. Experience in Oil & Gas Upstream – Onshore. Current driving license.
