Job description / Role
This is a short term contract, working for a major regional brand. The client is looking to increase employee loyalty and engagement by designing and implementing long term incentive plans for international and local staff. It is envisaged that the scheme will be linked to stock performance and ensure that shareholder, management and employee interests are aligned
Requirements
This suits an experienced HR leader or HR Consultant with a minimum of 15 years of experience. The candidate must be able to demonstrate proven credentials in the design and implementation of a variety of compensation and incentive schemes. The candidate should ideally have Middle East experience combined with mature market experience. The candidate must be immediately available and comfortable working on a short term contract basis.
