An exciting opportunity to join Alshaya Corporate Communications as an Internal Communications Executive. You will be part of a busy team working on a wide range of company initiatives, helping to communicate them effectively and bring them to life for employees. We are looking for a team player. A self-starter who is great a creating text and visual story ideas and who also excels in delivering projects, hitting deadlines and working collaboratively with range of colleagues across the business to achieve results.

Key Performance Areas:

Work as part of a team of executives / specialists to support delivery of the department's annual plan - with team responsibilities that include:

* Develop and publish CEO/Corporate Announcements/Updates (Brand, Recruitment, GCS) across all relevant channels
* Contribute to Alshaya's Corporate Content calendar - sourcing, developing and placing content across internal channels (inc. NewsLive, MyAEP, screen savers, etc.
* Collaborate closely with Internal Communications and CMC colleagues to optimise impact of messaging
* Support on internal change projects and corporate initiatives as part of established project teams (as assigned)
* Create and maintain customer-centric relationships with brand and functional teams; providing advice, ideas and to support on internal marketing campaigns
* Work as part of team to deliver the Alshaya Awards for Excellence and other internal events as required
* Ideate and create visual and graphic content to enable Corporate Communications requirements (pix, infographics, video, slides, etc) - internal and external
* Maintain central visual asset library for the Corporate Communications team
* Effectively track all activity to support performance evaluation and drive actionable insights
* Provide digital monitoring and analytics reporting for all of Corporate Communications, including media, owned channels and tracking of emerging issues - timely provision of related reports
* Ensure all activity is delivered in line with core communications processes and standards, with a regard for continuous improvement
