Job description / Role
One of the leading banks in Kuwait is presently looking for an Internal Control Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the operations of the Internal Control team and ensure that all transactions have been checked accurately in compliance with the bank's standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of staff in the Internal Control Unit.
• Review Control processes and mechanisms to ensure that transactions are checked for compliance with the bank's standard operating procedures.
• Supervise the operations of the Internal Control Unit to ensure that entire range of transactions is verified for compliance with all applicable regulations (external) and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years experience in General Banking Operations department
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting
