Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Seeking an IT Administrator for a leading Holding Company in Kuwait with Investments/Projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy Industry.

Candidate MUST have an experience working on ERP Projects such as:

• Guiding all Phases of the Project Lifecycle
• Communicating Changes to appropriate Parties
• Tracking progress towards achievement of Project Goals
• Proactively Report Progress and any Issues
• Coordinating with different Teams
• Assisting in defining Project Scope and Objectives
• Developing detailed Project Plans and Work Schedules for Individual Consultants and Development Resources
• Monitor Project Activities and identify any Open Issues/Risks in each of the Phases proactively
• Provide Methodology guidance and tailoring for implementation approach
• Defining Project deliverables and critical target milestone dates
• Update the Project Plan & Quality Plan to adhere to specified deliverables
• Maintain the Issue List and prioritize Issue Resolutions
• Assist Consultants and Individual Teams in executing Activities and Producing Deliverables
• Monitor and Schedule Phase Activities

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience with at least 3 years working on ERP Projects.
• Bachelor or Associates Degree in computer science or equivalent certification and 4+ years in related fields
• Extensive experience with ERP Projects
• Experience with Windows File Systems
• Enterprise Data Center experience
• System level support experience for Database Servers and Application Servers
• Experience with Enterprise Backup Solutions
• Good Problem Solving skills
• Strong Communication skills – Fluent English
• Working knowledge of IT Operating Systems, particularly Windows, Exchange and Citrix, ERP.
• Hands on experience of installing IT Hardware and Software
• Good Organisational skills
• Good time management
• Indian Nationals preferred
