Lead Architect

Job description / Role

This is a position for an experienced Architect, someone with at least 15 years’ experience and has exposure to the Middle East market. You will be based in Kuwait City working with a very well established multi-disciplinary Consultancy. They are undertaking a 70 story high-rise project due to last 4 years. You will be tasked with working on the design, supervision and coordinating the project.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will currently be working on a similar project in a similar position, or have just finished a comparable project. At a minimum you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, those with Masters Degree or memberships of professional bodies will be preferred. Ideally you should be in the Middle East, but location will not be a barrier for the right candidate.

Salary is between KWD.3300-3700 with extras including life insurance, medical insurance, relocation allowance and flights. Due to the time of year, interviews will be held during the first two weeks of January.
