Employment: Full Time

Lead - Functional Analyst - HR - Kuwait

Role Profile:

Responsible for the below functional support & maintenance of major HR Systems other daily operational responsibilities

- Functional support for HR System upgrades/other enhancements (Prepare test scenarios/Process cycle test/UAT/Sign off)
- Functional support in managing quarterly Oracle patch upgrades (One round System & Process cycle Test/Sign off)
- On-going support of system enhancements and functional changes
- Prepare business requirement document/Discuss the requirements with IT Dev team/Finalize the scope/UAT etc.)
- Support IT ticket resolutions - HR related (MDM responsibilities/attend calls/fix the issues/provide access to users etc.)
- Prepare accurate documentation of Solution documents, specifications, review test cases technical design documents or other areas where documentation is key
- Identify and recommend product configurations for business process changes and better practices - saving time, cost or effort; convert to solution
- Demonstrate agile, lean, continuous improvement practices throughout work method; develop capabilities within domains of interest
- Partner internally (IT) with ITBP, ITSM and PMO to ensure change delivery meets or exceeds customer satisfaction
- Partner externally (vendor) with stakeholders at various tiers to discuss requirements, collaborate in solution delivery, manage and report performance, ensure methodology compliance.

Requirements

Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM functional knowledge, especially on payroll, attendance, self - service, Oracle Table Updates
- Implementation experience of multiple complex to large projects
- Experience in Learning Management System and MS Office 365
- Experience in designing web forms

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

- Provide support in testing of new applications/change requests to existing applications in HR.
- Provide support in testing HR systems after patch updates
- Resolving Service Now tickets related to HR application raised by users within the agreed SLA.
- Assists in preparing deliverables like functional specifications document, prototypes, user guides, test scripts
- User training (store & support) on HR systems/processes, query resolutions, on demand
- Support master data management activities (user access, master table updates, supervisor updates etc.)
- Function as a product expert; drive best practices for processes

Knowledge:

- Knowledge of retail business drivers, related process and technology trends
- Knowledge of IT best practices; familiarity with IT architecture and service management principles
- Knowledge of Oracle [EBS & Fusion] /Learning Management System /MS Office 365
- Knowledge in Power BI
