We are now seeking an exceptional LEED Coordinator to join our award winning team to be based on our Kuwait project.

This critical role will be responsible for assisting the Senior LEED Engineer in communications with the client and contractors on the assigned project.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Assisting Senior LEED Engineer on certification during the construction stage.
• Understanding the effective technical submittal reviews to identify possible LEED and sustainability issues.
• Ensuring existing quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols and document flow procedures are followed and successfully implemented.
• Ensuring the client's sustainability and LEED goals and objectives are properly executed onsite by the contractors, subcontractors, and LEED consultants.
• Maintaining excellent working relationships with the client team, including all project phase Design Managers, Architects, LEED Consultants and associated project consultants.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' career experience in LEED certification for airport or building projects, partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.

LEED qualified and experience in implementing LEED certification during construction stage.
