Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating the activities, business lines, projects, and products.
• To provide the technical advice for the team and being available to attend and solve complicated product, negotiation, and customer issues.
• To monitor and directly interfere to the performance of the Sales, Workshop and Installation Teams and carrying out actions to ensure that new opportunities are always available.
• To promote the existence of Engineering Group in the market and ensuring its leadership.
• Seek and source innovative ways to empower the company situation in the competitive environment.
• Being completely aware of all legal obligations of various projects/contracts and ensuring the team adherence.
• Liaise with suppliers in coordination with Purchasing Department, ensuring enough inventories are available at the required time.
• Interfere in any problems that could affect the customer satisfaction and quality and innovating new ways to increase customer satisfaction and perceived quality.
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree
• 10 - 14 years experience of which at least 6 years in handling managerial role in the similar capacity.
• Strategic thinker, Good communicator, with excellent leadership skills
