Manager - Web Analytics & Customer Insight - eCommerce - Kuwait

As Senior Web Analytics Manager for eCommerce, you will lead web analytics and insights activity for our eCommerce central support function, driving the daily evolution of our brand web sites' performance and functionality across multiple brands/markets.

You will be responsible for defining, executing and evolving the eCommerce web analytics and insight strategy. This will see you working closely with regional online marketing teams and the Central and Regional digital marketing teams to provide insights and deliver an integrated omni-channel single view of the customer.

With specific regard toward Customer Web Site Insights, you will be accountable for the creation of reports, statistics and analysis for new and existing customer on site activities, in order to to support Focus on Customer as well as for improving ecommerce customer behaviour and insight data visibility to the business.

The ability to create and maintain excellent team and cross functional working relationships is essential as you will be tasked with structuring, building and developing a high performance web analytics central function that can scale in line with the business multi-channel strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

This role is an excellent opportunity for a multi-channel web analytics subject matter expert with five or more years of experience in a Web Analyst role within a multi-channel retail environment, and product expertise in Google Analytics Universal and 360 web analytics tools. You should be degree educated in a related field, and preferably have Google accreditation.
