Department: Quantity Survey Section: Design Department
Mobilization Date: Immediate
Supervisory Capacity: (Number of positions reporting directly to the incumbent)
• Direct: 8-10
• Indirect: 4
Only candidates with extensive Pre-Contract Experience will be shortlisted. Preferable to have worked with Design / Architectural Firms.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
• 15-20 years experience in Quantity Surveying
or
• Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
• Should have worked as a Lead QS or Head of QS for with international companies such as EC Harris, DL, AECOM, Curry Browne and others.
• Preferred Nationality UK National
Package:
Total Salary- KD 4000 up to 4250 all-inclusive + Ticket + Medical & Life Insurance + Mobilization Ticket + 30 Days Annual Leave
