Marketing & Communications Manager

- The Marketing & Comm Manager will be in charge of the co-ordination of collaterals and marketing activities (partnerships, events, e-commerce etc.) for all departments supported by the Director of Sales and Marketing.

What you will be doing: Responsibilities include:

- Communicates information about the hotel, the various services, facilities, events and employees in a positive manner to the global market place. Maintain a high profile in the local community.
- Implements and maintains the corporate brand guidelines and quality standards in all collaterals, branded items and events.
- E-marketing
- Makes sure data input on the property website is accurate and up-to-date.
- Submits proposals to update the website content (text + pictures) on a regular basis, in order to keep a "dynamic" website.
- Meets and negotiates with third-party vendors offering online marketing services and solutions
- Develops online marketing tools and activities and proposes these for implementation.
- Communicates frequently with property revenue managers and obtains from them the revenue channels production and investigates and develops marketing initiatives and solutions how to increase the production
- Ensures that the hotels are always achieve a first page positioning on all primary search engines
- Initiates dynamic and original online marketing tools to support the penetration and increase the visibility of the hotel website.
- Coordinate with Accor and Brand involvement in brand and companywide communications including but not exclusively to ALL and Accor Plus

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Good command of English and one other language used by majority of staff.
- Two years experience in 5 Star Hotels.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Opera.
- Previous marketing experience within the tourism or hospitality sector is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
