Marketing & Communications Manager


- The Marketing & Comm Mgr will be in charge of the co-ordination of collaterals and marketing activities (partnerships, events, e-commerce etc.) for all departments supported by the Director of Sales and Marketing.

- Communicates information about the hotel, the various services, facilities, events and employees in a positive manner to the global market place. Maintain a high profile in the local community.
- Implements and maintains the corporate brand guidelines and quality standards in all collaterals, branded items and events.


- Makes sure data input on the property website is accurate and up-to-date.
- Submits proposals to update the website content (text + pictures) on a regular basis, in order to keep a "dynamic" website.
- Submits seasonal promotions and events for inclusion on the website.
- Implements the 90 Days rolling plan Marketing Activities related to e-commerce
- Coordinates the e-marketing planned and last-minute activities needed by the Sales department to achieve the results.
- Ensures all information on Internet about the Hotel are correct, and therefore handles the text for all online inserts, in collaboration with the respective departments.
- Monitors on a daily basis and records the performance and results of competitors websites and online activities
- Studies and proposes online marketing opportunities and initiatives to further maximize the online market penetration of hotels websites
- Reviews requests and proposals for online activities received from property GM and DOSM.
- Produces a monthly E-Marketing Report indicating the market penetration and online production achieved by hotels


Your experience and skills include:

- Should have 2 years experience in local market, with digital marketing & social media skills.
- Fully conversant with the brand, its standards and its DNA
- Collaborative and with excellent communication skills - able to engage effectively with all stake holders, enable cross-functional collaboration and successfully manage diverse teams
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail, able to develop new concepts and devise unique marketing campaigns.
- Very good English language is a must, preferably Arabic nationality.
- Technological and digital marketing skills - contemporary knowledge of digital tools, platforms and channels and a good understanding of technology management
- Strong interpersonal, strategic and critical thinking skills, able to understand situations and problems, identify cause-and-effect relationships and develop effective strategies
- Extremely proactive with all activities to support the hotel and its Heartists
- Highly responsible, reliable and proven team leadership.
