Marketing Manager - Casual Dining Marketing - Kuwait

Role Profile:

The Marketing Manager serves as a single point of contact for operations, internal and external stakeholders when it comes to planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints.

Influences and works alongside brand operations teams to define relevant marketing campaigns with clear deliverables and performance measurement. Potentially, the role is responsible for managing a smaller team of marketing executives, coordinators, and a graphic designer.

Role to be based in Kuwait.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

- Work closely with internal & external teams (operations, support functions, malls, agencies, 3rd parties)
- Liaise with stakeholders, partners & marketing team to achieve brand targets across multiple markets
- Maintain relationships with digital & creative agencies, digital corporate teams & platform teams and stay up to date with the newest online features & opportunities
- Align brand communications & campaigns across all touchpoints with the brand's business objectives & market-specific challenges and opportunities
- Guard brand's positioning, tone of voice, and public image & maintain its consistency across all customer-facing interfaces
- Create brand strategy, budget & execution plan
- Work with the loyalty team to support and integrate data-driven segmentation & marketing (Aura)
- Continuously evaluate, and identify opportunities to optimize brand performance through cost-effective marketing initiatives
- Lead strategic projects to enhance & grow brand presence, affinity & loyalty
- Scout suitable collaborating opportunities (CSR/sustainability focused) to build brand's local community & social standing

Requirements

Knowledge:

- Excellent Communication skills
- Manage many stakeholders and remain focused on key priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to act analytical

Experience:

- 6-7+ years` experience in a similar role with a managerial role
- Defining & managing 360? campaigns across different touchpoints (ABL & BTL) - focus on digital marketing
- Working across multiple markets (GCC and/or MENA) is a plus
- Financial strength is a must in managing budgets
