Marketing Manager

Guildhall is proud to support a leading player in the oilfield services sector with their search for an experienced Marketing Manager, based in Kuwait. This is a high-impact role for a senior-level professional to lead business development and sales strategy in one of the region’s most dynamic energy markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies for Kuwait, focusing on high-growth sectors: Drilling & Workover,
Coiled Tubing & Fracturing, Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR – chemical/gas), Digital oilfield solutions (AI drilling optimization, smart wells, remote monitoring)
• Lead technical sales efforts in collaboration with engineering teams, including bid management and contract negotiation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. field development, reservoir, and digital transformation teams)
• Conduct market and competitive research to design targeted strategies
• Organize technical workshops and present case studies on EOR and digital solutions
• Oversee pre-qualification, feasibility analysis, and project execution phases
• Track and achieve Kuwait market sales targets

• Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or Digital Technologies)
• 5+ years in oilfield services sales/marketing within Kuwait or 3+ years commercial experience with Kuwait Oil Company
• Proven track record in EOR, drilling/workover, or digital oilfield projects
• Knowledge of contract models (day-rate, lump-sum)
• Familiarity with vendor registration processes in Kuwait is a plus
• Fluent in English (essential)
• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, adaptability to fieldwork and overseas assignments
