Description

As a Ford master technician, you will be the expert in our workshop, responsible for diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles to the highest factory standards. Key duties:

• Complex diagnostics and repairs: Perform in-depth diagnostics and repairs on all Ford vehicle systems, ensuring every job is done right the first time.
• Technical leadership: Utilize Ford's diagnostic tools and stay up-to-date on all training and technical service bulletins (TSBs) to remain at the forefront of your field.
• Quality assurance: Ensure all repairs meet Ford's strict warranty and safety standards.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor, providing support and training to junior technicians to help them develop their skills.
• Communication: Clearly communicate repair needs and solutions to service staff and customers.

Requirements

• Ford master technician certification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience, with a background in Ford vehicles preferred.
• Exceptional mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• A good level of English is required to communicate effectively.
