Multichannel Marketing Manager - CRM - Kuwait

The CRM & Digital marketing team perform a centralised function within Alshaya by supporting digital strategy definition and execution across all brands to deliver best-in-class customer engagement and return on investment. The Multichannel Marketing Manager serves as a single point of contact for brands when it comes to planning and delivery of digital campaigns. This role works closely with internal teams and support functions such as media buying, data & targeting, insights, loyalty, digital product etc. to serve brands and deliver quality campaigns.

As our Multichannel Marketing Manager, you will influence and work alongside our brand marketing teams to define relevant digital marketing campaigns with clear deliverables and performance measurement. You will also assist in digital up-skilling of stakeholders across the business and ensure the business is kept up to date on new digital products and developments.

Requirements

The right candidate will have experience managing multiple clients and digital projects simultaneously, and come from either an agency background or a larger retail setup. We are looking for a candidate with a thorough knowledge of the digital space in general and social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram. The candidate will have experience spanning from strategy definition to budgeting, execution, and performance reviews. You should also possess great influencing skills and the ability to challenge the status quo to ensure that we continuously deliver on business objectives.

The Multichannel Marketing Manager will be a confident and influential individual who enjoys managing teams and multiple stakeholders across a large number of brands and multiple geographies. The role is responsible for managing a smaller team of marketing executives and coordinators.
