Our client is a highly established and successful multinational professional services organisation. They are looking to hire an experienced, pragmatic and driven Office Manager to join their team.

For this role you will require an in-depth understanding of effective task prioritisation whilst being able to pro-actively manage and understand the change in requirements for the Director and other team members.

You will manage a wide range of administrative tasks with little supervision, including but not limited to managing diaries at the most complex of levels whilst managing various inboxes, telephone calls, post and internal reporting as and where required. In addition you will organise travel arrangements, both international and national, including any VISAs or ESTAs. Further responsibilities include diary management, processing of expense claims, providing assistance with Management and Leadership meetings and ensuring board meeting reports are managed.

You will provide first class secretarial support to the business by being efficient and pro-active in your duties. You will manage the Kuwait office and report to level of Director.

Requirements

The successful candidate will act as a Personal Assistant to Director level and will possess at least three years of Executive Assistant experience; ideally secured in Kuwait. You must be a professional individual that is exceedingly well organized, flexible and be able to interact with staff at all levels. In addition, you should have high attention to detail and be able to maintain high confidentiality with the ability to work independently and work well under pressure.

You will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, pro-active and efficient. You should have outstanding communication skills both written and spoken in Arabic and English.

Due to the current and ever-changing visa/travel restrictions in the region, applicants should ideally already be based in Kuwait.
