Job description / Role
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the upload, and verification of all merchant information for the KeeTa Saudi team, ensuring efficient, complete, and accurate information.
2.Establish a KeeTa Saudi onboarding team with localized capabilities through internal staff management and outsourcing, and continuously improve staff productivity.
3.Establish a comprehensive internal and external collaborative workflow and supervision mechanism for the team, and continuously iterate to ensure the team serves the business accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
1.Highly responsible with a steadfast commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.
2.Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business landscapes.
3.Contributes positively to the team dynamic, supports colleagues, and enhances team effectiveness through exceptional communication skills.
4.Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
5.Candidates with experience in merchant operation support will be given priority.
6.Candidates with experience in managing outsourced staff will be given priority.
7.Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
