Employment: Full Time

A leading retail group based in Kuwait is currently seeking an Online Manager (Marketing-Paid search), reporting to a senior Online Manager (Marketing-Acquisition). You will be responsible for the Paid Search channel strategy, budgeting and performance to drive accelerated ecommerce and omnichannel growth for the company brands through qualified lead and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

* Manages the development of PPC channel media plans in accordance to overall online marketing spend allocation by way of planning and setting up marketing campaign requirements to internal/external digital advertising teams.
* Works with internal and external digital marketing advertising teams to devise the strategy and approach to building substantial localized keyword lists leveraging latest technologies and tools to auto-generate.
* Support defining and developing online attribution modeling requirements and post impression marketing analysis together with web analytics team and commercial teams, to achieve acquisition KPIs of Cost-per-Acquisition (CPA), Cost per Lead (CPL) and ROAS.
* Will work closely with central marketing, agency and central design teams to consult on landing page optimization and testing recommendations for campaigns to support improvement.
* Will manage Ad Word budget allocation and planning for all transactional web store brands and markets in MENA.
* Manages PPC media plan spend, allocation and execution requirements with internal digital advertising team and/or internal digital agencies to deliver campaign performance and continuous optimization.
* Owns the annual business planning process for the channel across all brands and markets to build the channel metrics for traffic, CPC, CPA, Conversion and new customer and lead acquisition.
* Will work closely with the web store trading teams to ensure timely trade planning execution of the brand(s) promotional plan through the channel to optimize results.
* Defines the Paid Search channel strategy for evolving the channel performance and ROAS through segmentation and focus on high CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) customers.
* Works closely with other marketing and eCommerce areas like CRM, web analytics and BI, and online webstore teams, to gain insight that drives further optimization on online marketing spend, and aligns with online trading calendar to support promotional campaign plans. Works closely with other eCommerce and other central teams to perform required activities that support customer acquisition.
* Will remain current with industry trends while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to drive efficiency of campaigns
* Responsible for Paid Search (including PLA's) online marketing planning, spend and performance working with internal/external digital marketing teams to execute and optimize the PPC channel budget and online marketing campaigns for all web store transactional sites in MENA.

Requirements

* 3+ years in eCommerce Paid Search digital marketing, with focus on customer acquisition, across retail verticals.
* Will have performance managed multiple Paid Search acquisition channel for at least 3 years, with direct PPC acquisition budget and performance responsibilities for multiple accounts.
* Will be passionate about SEM and be a paid search channel subject matter expert
* Ideal candidate comes from an online pureplay hypergrowth / B2C retail ecommerce business or leading digital agency based in digitally matured western markets with management of multiple accounts and spend over £1m+ per annum.
* Professional profile: Numbers driven, has a strong commercial ethos and a result's driven "trader's mentality". Will have strong communication, presentation and influencing skills as a channel champion.
