Operations Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our automotive operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure seamless day-to-day processes, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our automotive business.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the automotive facility to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and coordinate with various departments including sales, service, logistics, and inventory management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operational aspects.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment in Kuwait.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
