Planning Manager

Job description / Role

Guildhall is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our team for a newly awarded 4.5-year infrastructure and breakwater project in Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and scheduling efforts for a large-scale infrastructure and marine construction project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely project delivery
• Coordinate with project teams to establish milestones and deliverables
• Provide regular project updates and risk assessments to senior management
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and issues to maintain project timelines
• Ensure all project plans align with client specifications and requirements

• Proven experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure and/or marine construction projects
• Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
• Kuwait project experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Willing to relocate and work full-time on-site in Kuwait
