Based in Kuwait, you will be the sole Sales Manager for Pressure Management products, responsible for growing the business through product, service and solution sales.

Your duties will include:
* Responsibility for delivering business opportunities with Kuwait customers
* Meet budget & forecast commitments on monthly basis.
* Travel for 60-75% visiting customers
* Ensure timely and quality quotation submissions
* Service order responsibility - Promote the Emerson LCS sales
* Support and align with Strategic/Key Account Managers for business development activities
* Active participation and support strategic customer development initiatives
* Coordinate with LCS for Site Walk downs
* Active participation and support GPP/EPC Project pursuits
* Actively promote the sale of Wireless products
* Focus to develop new markets and specific market segments
* Use effectively the CRM system
* Collaborate with other Automation Solutions business units and represent the #One Emerson message to the customers
* Provide Monthly performance reports and engage with country manager for the preparation of Quarterly, Mid Year review report and Annual Budget preparations
* Coordinate and work with local business partners to develop business where required.
* Maintain record of business activity as per Emerson record retention policy
* Do business strictly in compliance with Emerson's ethics and compliance policies
* Recognize and accept HSE Roles & Responsibilities as defined in Emerson's Company Policy and Procedures

Requirements

In order to be considered for this role you will have:
* A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university
* At least 5 years' experience in Kuwait in the Valves industry - knowledge of the Kuwait market and clients

You will also have effective customer relationship management experience, an understanding of the local culture and business conduct in Kuwait, and a willingness to travel up to 75% of your time.

A driving licence is mandatory, Arabic language skills are a advantage.
