Production Manager

Job description / Role

We are working with a leading Industrial Manufacturing Business in Kuwait looking for a Cement Production Manager. This person must ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. Responsibilities of the job include: planning and organising production schedules. assessing project and resource requirements. estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with contractors/suppliers/vendors/auditors/consultants
• Ensure Clinker and Cement production is efficiently carried out
• Present overall production targets for final approval
• Identify efficiency and productivity enhancements
• Ensure bulk terminal and dispatch of product
• Recommend training and development
• Plan and recommend cost optimization
• Minimum of 15 years experience
• Oversee annual shutdown plan
• Maintain quality control

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years experience in production / manufacturing ideally in the cement industry
• Willing to relocate or currently based in Kuwait
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
