Nasoft is hiring a production manager in Kuwait for Makaseb company to lead the execution of our video productions, brand shoots, and digital campaigns with excellence and precision.

Makaseb is a performance marketing company operating across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, specialized in helping brands and businesses build, scale, and optimize their online stores.

In addition to our core marketing and e-commerce solutions, Makaseb operates a dedicated creative department and a full-scale production studio in Kuwait, where we craft high-impact visual content from commercial campaigns to social media storytelling.

Job description

• Handle production scheduling and ensure all shoot timelines are met.
• Conduct location scouting across Kuwait and manage all permits and logistics related to each location.
• Oversee equipment sourcing and rentals (camera, lighting, grip, sound, etc.).
• Manage production logistics - crew transport, catering, setup, on-set coordination, and call sheets.
• Handle talent sourcing from casting models and actors to coordinating extras and crew members.
• Supervise on-set operations, ensuring all departments (camera, art, styling, lighting) are in sync.
• Control budgets and production expenses, ensuring cost-effective yet high-quality outcomes.
• Liaise between the creative team, post-production, and clients to maintain alignment.
• Build and maintain a network of vendors, freelancers, and location contacts in Kuwait.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and problem-solving under pressure.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in production management (commercials, branded content, or film).
• Strong understanding of production workflows (pre-production, shoot, post).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with location scouting, casting, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with the Kuwaiti production ecosystem, vendors, equipment houses, and local authorities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in film production, media, or business is a plus.
