Project Director - Design (Architecture/Engineering) - Mixed Use/Hospitality

Job description / Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Architecture & Engineering consultancy to appoint a Project Director based out of Kuwait.

The individual will manage major Mixed Use/Hospitality Architectural/Engineering design projects and provide leadership and direction to the project delivery team.

This is a heavily client-focused role and we are seeking candidates with exceptional client management skills, and a track record of successfully delivering design projects on time and on scope.

Requirements

- Minimum 15 years experience in Project Management of building design projects
- Strong building design experience gained from an international consultancy
- Must be a fully qualified Project Management Professional
- Experience in Middle East

Education:
- Must possess an Architectural and/or Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- MSc / MBA degree in Construction or Project Management preferable
