Job description / Role
• Supervise and monitor the execution of architectural and interior design jobs, the installation of carpentry, metal works and exhibition stands at project sites by giving clear guidelines and directions to workers .
• Draw & read engineering drawings and instruct workers to execute jobs accordingly.
• Meet the clients with the sales to discuss/explain and take full notes of the technical issues related to the projects.
• Prepare BOQ for the assigned projects.
• Have the experience in the wood & painting work, and the ability to follow up and control all related jobs.
• Performs other tasks within ones capabilities, as may be required by the management.
Requirements
• Have experience in interior fit-outs jobs/projects.
• Ability to draw & read AutoCAD drawings
• Have the experience in the wood & painting work
• Ability to Control Workshop staffs
• Well organized
• Ability to work in teams
• Hard & Dedicated Worker
• Fluency in English.
