Project Manager (Substation & Overhead Transmission Line)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver substation and overhead transmission line projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project delivery within the approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards, fully complying with contractual obligations.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports to ensure alignment with project plans and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify technical, financial, and operational risks through regular assessments and implement proactive mitigation plans in coordination with the Project Control team.
• Support and oversee project closeout and client handover, including commissioning activities, punch list resolution, final documentation, and post-completion reviews in accordance with contract terms.
• Coordinate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of long-lead electrical equipment, materials, and other critical components.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including progress reports, inspection logs, site instructions, variation orders, and documentation required for audits and invoicing.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing substation and overhead transmission line projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Arab nationality (as per company requirement).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large-scale power or utility projects.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with international project management and quality standa
