Employment: Full Time

About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Officer to manage sourcing, supplier negotiation, and inventory coordination. You’ll ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials critical to our printing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate suppliers for printing materials
• Negotiate prices and terms with vendors
• Manage purchase orders and maintain procurement records
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
• Work daily with procurement and PO systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in purchasing or supply chain (printing industry a plus)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficient in inventory and PO systems
• Organized, with strong attention to detail
