Job description / Role

Quality Analyst – Kuwait. 1-5 years relevant experience. Kuwaiti Nationals

Summary of Role:

Reporting to the Head of IT Quality Division you will:
- Analyze Users’ Stories/Use Cases/Requirements for Validity and Feasibility
- Collaborate closely with other Team members and departments
- Execute all levels of Testing (Function, System, Integration, Smoke and Regression)
- Design and execute Test Cases using Test Management Tool
- Detect and Track Software Defects and Inconsistencies
- Creating and maintain Reusable Test Cases Repository.
- Design and develop Automation Scripts when needed
- Design and develop Performance Testing Scripts when needed
- Provide timely solutions
- Apply Quality Engineering Principals throughout the Product lifecycle
- Provide Proper Documentation

Requirements

- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Software Tester or similar role ideally from an IT Banking background / Banking Service Providers
- Kuwaiti Nationals
- University Degree majoring in Computer Science or any relevant majors.
- Testing experience or User Management preferred
- IT Programming experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Adaptability and flexibility are required.
- Ability to learn.
- Self-development.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good command over English spoken and written.
