Job description / Role
Client is a huge retailer based in Kuwait, is looking for a Property Manager who can take care of the existing properties and the contract renewals and source new locations for new brands and existing brand expansions. The role is across the F&B division, taking care of all the QSR and Casual Dining concepts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in either a Fashion retail or hospitality company where you have worked directly for the client, searching for new retail space within Kuwait. You will have extensive experience and skill at contract renewal and new site contract negotiations. You will have excellent contacts with mall/landords and will have solid knowledge of market pricing. As the contracts will be in Arabic this role will be suited to an Arabic speaker.
Salary KD 1,300 - 14,00
