Job description / Role
Responsible for receiving callers / visitors and determining the nature of their Business. Maintain security control over the reception area.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
* Welcome and assist all company guests / visitors.
* Maintain security.
* Receive deliveries and maintain the cleanliness of reception.
* Operate telephone systems and coordinate calls.
* Type documentation as directed.
* Minimum 3 years in Executive secretary / receptionist role
* Arabic Speaker
* Excellent English communication skills
