Role Description:

Baker Hughes is currently seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for Remedial and Stimulation works. Position is based in Kuwait, responsibility is to manage growing operations of Remedial & Stimulation work.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinates and supervises activities of Remedial and Stimulation services and technical personnel and the necessary equipment movement to execute services with a highest quality of service.
- Provides technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
- Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s)
- To ensure safe working, highest service quality, flawless execution, operations trouble shooting, managing a team of experts and customer interaction.
- Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review
- Work within Company HSE and operational policies

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering/Graduate in Science/High School
- 3-10 years of relevant operational experience with prior experience coordinating projects/operations
- Extensive experience in Remedial and Stimulation products and technologies
- Extensive experience in Oilfield operations environment.

Desired Characteristics:

- Preferred overseas experience with multiple clients
- BHGE product knowledge would be advantage
- MENA region work experience is an advantage.
