Repair Technician

Job description / Role

- Receive and process drone work orders accurately, and open job cards using our workflow software
- Perform evaluation, troubleshooting, calibration, adjustment, testing, maintenance, and/or installation of parts for drones
- Inspect and determine if accident, misuse or manufacture defect
- Estimate monetary value of damages for repair
- Observe, analyse, record, and report test data
- Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service
- Record parts used for each drone/job, and time spent on each unit
- Identify and order required spear parts
- Handles customer requests for technical assistance, ensuring friendly, efficient and proper customer care
- Maintains work-space to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Soldering skills
- Experience in digital consumer electronics repair. Smartphones, cameras, drones, laptops
- Good data entry skills
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Arabic
- Must be a team player and maintain a professional attitude
- Drone repair experience is preferred
