Are you a passionate experienced Restaurant Manager with experience in a standalone upscale casual dining environment?
Charterhouse is working with an established hospitality group in Kuwait looking for a Restaurant Manager for their soon to open European restaurant. Our client is looking to hire a dedicated manager to drive and lead the team.
You will take responsibility for the restaurant operations, full day to day functioning of the restaurant and all employees. You will oversee the food & beverage costs, coordinate events and conduct operations meetings. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator, with an upbeat attitude, a quick problem solver, and a very proactive person. A true leader who is willing to help in service as and when required. You will conduct all briefings and trainings, ensuring all brand standards and legal rules and regulations are met at all times.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years managerial experience in a stand-alone full service casual restaurant preferably within the UAE. Due to the scope of the role preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates.
