Job description / Role
Quest Search & Selection is working with a successful Restaurant Food chain based in Kuwait looking for Restaurant Managers to lead the restaurant operations and oversee quality and consistency in the service.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:
- Daily operations and achievement of store sales KPIs and financial objectives
- Hands on management - estimate future needs for goods /kitchen utensils/cleaning products
- Regular appraisals for staff and providing feedback to improve productivity
- Budgeting, forecasting, and planning marketing activities
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and quality of products
- Recruiting and training new staff members
Requirements
- Should be willing to relocate or be based in Kuwait
- At least 2 years experience in handling multiple food chain stores
- Experience in managing teams of staff members
- Swift and efficient management style
- Understanding of successfully managing P&L, Stock and HR
The Benefits
Salary package offered is AED 5400-6600, 6 months housing, yearly tickets (individual status), plus other great benefits. We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.
