Retail Operations Managers - Various Brands - Middle East

What does Operations Management mean at Alshaya?

With more than 70 brands and stores across Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon and Morocco our store operations management teams may travel 1000s of miles each month, carry several different currencies, change time zones day in day out and thrive on the challenges that such a widespread remit provides them.

Our Senior Operations Managers are a dynamic and performance-focused team that lead, drive and develop all store operations for their particular brand. Our brands vary in size and coverage of the region but they all share one thing - growth.

In recent years there has been a strategic plan of growth; new stores in existing markets, existing brands to new markets and new brands to existing markets. And the plan continues.

We are looking for commercially-focused retail operations professionals to support our rapid growth strategy. You will have full accountability for store operations and financial performance and will be supported by a team of Operations Managers and Area Managers.

Not quite at this level yet?

If accountability for an entire brand's store performance at an international level is where you want to be, but you're not quite there yet, we are also recruiting Operations Managers.

At this level you will be responsible for achieving all business plan targets, actively contribute to new store openings and identify opportunities for employee and business development across a region or multiple countries for your particular brand.
