Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Retail Store Manager (Female) located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, and maintaining inventory levels. Additional responsibilities include implementing store policies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the store meets sales targets and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Improve main KPIs to generate success factors such as unit & amount sale, profitability, UPT.
• Analyze data to create best strategies for the store.
• Overview all operational and administrative tasks.
• Provide the most appropriate service to customer expectations and to constantly take actions to improve customer satisfaction.

• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail.
• Excellent spoken English and Arabic.
• Ability work in multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and positive attitude are a must.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
