Rig Administrator/Coordinator

Job description / Role

• A reputed Oil & Gas drilling contractor is seeking for experienced Rig Administrator/Coordinator for their shore base operation in Kuwait.
• The Rig Administrator is responsible for the administrative functions of the rig(s) they support, including crew logistics, labor issues, time sheet and payroll verification.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years’ experience in Office and Personnel Administration
• Drilling Industry experience preferred.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Accounting software.
• Responsible for office administration matters including but not limited to physical office setup, expatriate housing and car leases
• Responsible for updating of expatriate crew change schedule and submitting to corporate office.
• Responsible for expatriate crew change and scheduling
