During your tenure as an Assistant Manager - GRC, you will support the Middle East Risk Accounting & Internal Controls team in working on practice initiatives, and collaborating with teams to develop technical proposals including but not limited to the following:

- Design and develop ERM \ Governance frameworks, strategies, operating models, Policies, Procedures, RACI Matrices, KPIs, etc.. for risk management departments for clients under service.
- Develop the risk assessment criteria and define the risk categories and sub-categories.
- Recommend and present to senior leaders the risk appetite and risk tolerance statements.
- Define the risk categories which are applicable and more critical to the business as per the predefined risk appetite and risk tolerance statement.
- Apply limits of tolerance for the (impact & probability, VARs) to the risk categories.
- Review, refine and organize the obtained risks data.
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative risk analysis to understand and improve the total exposure of the risk, strategic objectives, threats, and controls.
- Examine the risks poses a significant threat.
- Develop Key Risk Indicators and metrics for the top risks defined.
- Identify the risk process and communicate findings and dashboards with the client and management for approval and acknowledgment.

Requirements

- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Accounting MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience within the GRC field.
- Experience in big four, auditing companies is a plus
- Very Good command of written and spoken English, Arabic .
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
- Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
- Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
- Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to work within a team to deliver large engagements for clients
- Experience in planning and managing timelines across projects
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours
