What you'll do
Coordinate the sales of Oracle SaaS Applications within your territory. You'll use your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer happiness.
- Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Applications
- Implement the Oracle Applications strategy throughout your territory
- Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and regular 1:1 feedback
- Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with senior-level customers and partners
LEADERSHIP:
- Experienced executive, capable of managing a diverse team
- Proven track record of executing sales successes & influencing complex deals
- Ability to lead, collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across Oracle's lines of business
