Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department's operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while developing your skills in sales and administration.
- Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Managers in managing day-to-day operations, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage calendars for the sales team
- Prepare and distribute internal sales reports, track sales performance, and assist with the preparation of forecasts
- Handle incoming inquiries for group and individual bookings, directing them to the appropriate Sales Manager
- Organize and maintain filing systems for sales contracts, agreements, and correspondence
- Support the sales team in coordinating bookings and events, ensuring all client requests are promptly addressed
- Process contracts, client information, and booking details in the organization's management and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to all inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, sales decks, and promotional emails
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities and special requests
- Provide support during sales events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
- Track and monitor client feedback, ensuring follow-up actions are taken as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales, events, reservations, or marketing coordination role within hospitality, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong understanding of hotel operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented
- Demonstrates ability to acquire new knowledge at a rapid pace
- Highly organized to handle fast paced environment
