Job description / Role
• Preparing Target-oriented Business Plan with Look ahead on a quarterly Basis.
• Identifying and Establishing new business contacts and liaising with existing contacts.
• Organizing sales visits
• Liaising with clients for receipt of inquiries & follow-up after bid submission.
• Co-coordinating with Estimation, Planning & Engineering Team for Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintaining & updating the LOG of tenders.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
• Reviewing cost and sales performance & submitting the sales report on a monthly basis.
• Following up with clients to get the payments on time as per agreed payment terms & conditions.
• Preparing reports on supply & demand for the Ducting & Dampers based on prevailing market trends & evaluating the performance of the Company in comparison to local competitors.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
• Ensuring that sales targets are met.
• Min Experience 7 years.
• Preferred Bachelor of Mechanical Engineer or Any Engineer.
• Very Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Business Development.
• Must have Kuwait Driving License
• Must have KSE membership.
• Work experience in Commercial & Oil & Gas sectors.
