Sales Manager

Job description / Role

• The Sales Manager will be a highly motivated individual who will lead the local sales team in Kuwait and ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
• The candidate will be aware of the market and make recommendations to management accordingly to ensure the company adapts to market changes or opportunities.
• They will be accountable for the preparation, presentation and review of daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales plans.
• They will be responsible for the day to day planning, operation and reporting for the entire sales team along with the development of relationships with the companies key accounts.
• Working closely with the other key departments to ensure quality, availability, pricing and presentation standards are met.

Requirements

• The candidate must be highly driven, hold a University degree or higher education qualifications, have proven experience as a National Sales Manager and be able to demonstrate proven sales growth and the management of key accounts.
• The individual must have experience in leading and developing a team of multinational salesmen and be able to build relationships internally and externally at all levels.
• Effective at building relationships
