Role Description

Baker Hughes is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in Well Intervention product line. The position is based in Kuwait and the mandate is to develop well intervention business in the North Gulf Geomarket (Kuwait, Qatar and Turkey).

Responsibilities

- Sells products and services to existing and new customers.
- Develops and maintains sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts.
- Builds strong customer relationships.
- Manages the sales function and may supervise employees.
- Responsible for training customers and sales personnel.
- Handles special projects, as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- Hard core experience in Well Intervention technologies primarily fishing, side tracking, through tubing intervention, R&S etc.
- 8-10 Years proven Sales/Account Management experience with 2-3 years of operational experience.
- Must be able to prepare bids, do pricing strategy and analysis.
- Strong negotiating skills, communication and successful selling experience
- Demonstrated understanding of sales process, ability to build strong relationships and close business.
- Fundamental knowledge of commercial and contract language

Desired Characteristics

- Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- Working experience in MENA will be preferred.
- Ability to coach others
