Employment: Full Time

Objective: We is looking for a Sr. Account Manager for Kuwait Banking sector (Wincor Nixdorf). As a Sr. Account Manager you will be required to identify and approach clients, develop potential opportunities and follow up with both new and existing clients.

Main Responsibilities:
• Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
• Focus on growing the new services contracts & up-sell of the existing contract renewals.
• Liaison on customer service issues; coordinate with appropriate internal support staff to ensure timely customer updates, responses and trouble resolution and more importantly ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strategically assist in customer planning sessions to ensure organizational and product alignment with customer business needs.
• Engage appropriate resources to build compelling value propositions, deliver sales presentations, negotiate and close deals.

Requirements

• Banking and Financial Sector Client base in Kuwait
• Directly related previous work experience
• Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota, diversity of business customer, and higher level customer interface.
• Presentable and excellent communicator.
• BSc in Business Admin or IT /programming /Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same industry (Banking-Wincor)
