Senior Architect

Job description / Role

Lead the Architecture team for all works across all group territories. On accordance with group procedures, quality standards and statutory requirements.

- To understand, support and reinforce the Strategic Objectives of the group
- To actively seek commercial opportunities on behalf of the company. To provide discipline specific input to group executive and the proposals team to maximise competitiveness and mitigate commercial risk associated with building design.
- Support present management systems and to actively contribute to future initiatives for improvement.
- To plan, implement and monitor the successful resolution of projects against agreed budgets, resources and timescales.
- To provide discipline specific professional advice to the group.
- To identify and manage resource needs within the discipline and to liaise with HR and the executive on issues of recruitment and release.
- To promote best current practice and champion initiatives which offer competitive advantage to the organisation.
- To represent the company in a positive and professional manner through all activities within and outside the organisation.

Requirements

- +15 years’ experience
- Professional registration as an Architect
- Experience appropriate to the strategic objectives of the company as a pan-regional
- Multi-disciplinary design focused organisation.
- Experience of leading a large multi discipline international projects.
- Experience of leading large teams.
